1. Where does my order come from?

We work with suppliers both domestically and internationally. This means delivery times can vary between 7 and 15 working days.

2. Will I receive a track & trace code?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a track & trace link (if available).

3. Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible via:

4. What if my product arrives damaged?

Please send an email with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours. Lisera will then send a new item or refund the purchase amount.

5. How can I return a product?

Send an email with your order number within 14 days of receipt. You will then receive the return instructions.

6. How long does a refund take?

After receiving the returned product, Lisera will refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method.

7. Do I have to pay import duties?

Not within the EU. Outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply, which are at the customer's expense.
